Ticketed events will be closed in the box office system and a payment to the client of total revenue minus fees for Campus Box Office services will be generated within 14 business days following the date of the event. Clients with CSU accounts that accept revenue will receive funds via electronic transfer (CJE). Clients without CSU accounts will receive funds via CSU check. If any event (ticketed or non) fails to generate sufficient revenue to cover the costs of Campus Box Office services, an invoice will be generated and mailed to the event contact within 7 days following the date of the event or final payment.
