This easy-to-use web app allows all employees in and of the Lory Student Center to communicate a professional and consistent brand with every email correspondence. Simply fill out the form below, click the CREATE button and your custom email signature will appear. Follow the step-by-step instructions on how to add your new email signature to Outlook and you’ll be doing your part to promote the LSC as Your Place to Belong!

Open up Outlook and click “File,” located at the top left of your window.

Click “Options,” located on the left-hand side of your screen.

When the Outlook options window opens up, click the Mail tab if it is not already selected.

Click the button labelled “Signatures” to open up the Signature Manager.

Click the “New” button in the window that has popped up, and type a name for your new signature and click OK.

Copy your generated email signature from the site by selecting the entire signature contained in the red box(corner to corner), then right clicking and selecting copy.
You could also use Control + C on Windows. -
Paste your generated email signature into your new signature in Outlook by right clicking and selecting Paste Options in the text box near the bottom of the window.
You could also use Control + V on Windows. -
Make sure you set your Mew Messages and Replies/Forwards to use your new signature.

Open up Outlook and create a new email.

Click the “Signature” button located at the top middle of your window and select “Edit Signatures…”

In the Edit Signatures screen, click the plus button to add a new signature.

Copy your generated email signature from the site by selecting the entire signature contained in the red box(corner to corner), then right clicking and selecting copy.
You could also use Command + C on Mac. -
Paste your generated email signature into your new signature in Outlook by right clicking and selecting paste.
You could also use Command + V on Mac. -
Click the small yellow clipboard and select “Keep Source Formatting” to ensure your email signature is formatted correctly.

Make sure you set your New Messages and Replies/forwards to use your new signature.
