Plaza Tabling Info If you are hosting an event on the Plaza (instead of tabling), please select "Event Space in the LSC, West Lawn, Plaza, or Tamasag" at the beginning of the form.

LSC Market Info Tabling Start Time:(Required) Tabling End Time:(Required) Signature(Required) LSC Market: A member of the organization must be present while tabling. No materials or signage may be left unattended. Activities in the LSC Market may not infringe upon copyrighted or trademarked materials or infringe on any existing CSU contracts or agreements. The University does not guarantee exclusivity and there may be other vendors promoting similar products. Vendor is solely responsible for collecting and remitting all state, county, and local sales tax. Reservations are first come, first served and may be limited to eight (8) days per academic year. Vendors may only solicit customers from behind their reserved table. No unreasonable noise, music, disruptive or abusive behave will be tolerated. The University reserves the right to reassign table space or remove a vendor from the LSC Market or restrict future use of the LSC Market. Payments: All Campus Departments and Student Organizations making reservations in the Lory Student Center must pay for the event from their organization’s funding account. Credit cards cannot be accepted for Campus Departments and Student Organizations. Payment with a credit card will be subject to catering gratuity, taxes, and an additional service fee of approximately 2.5%. Cancellation: LSC Market reservations may incur fees if cancelled. Within 72 hours, catering and other event related cancellation fees will apply. All food and beverages served in the Lory Student Center and outdoor spaces must be provided by Lory Catering. With approval of Lory Catering, commercially prepared, pre-packaged food that does not require temperature control may be handed out. Day of Event Contact: A Building Manager is always on duty while the Lory Student Center is open including weekends. The Building Manager on duty can be reached at 970-215-7112. Additional Information: Reservations booked through Lory Student Center Event Planning Services must adhere to Colorado State University and Lory Student Center policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable State and Federal laws. By reserving space in the Lory Student Center, the sponsor agrees to terms and accepts full responsibility for the event.
