The Aspen Grille is a full-service restaurant open to all members of the CSU community. Located on Level 300 of Lory Student Center, the restaurant serves contemporary cuisine, and is operated by CSU student employees.
LSC Level 200 – Food Court
Bagel Place serves breakfast (and coffee!) all day and carries a wide variety of menu items, including fresh locally sourced bagels and cream cheeses from Gibs, plus other Ft. Collins favorites such as Consuelo’s breakfast burritos, and more.

Cam’s Lobby Shop has been supporting on-the-go students, faculty, staff, and visitors since 1999, offering a wide variety of snack foods, coffee, beverages, personal care items, and school supplies. You can also find an assortment of fresh, convenient Grab-n-G0 sandwiches and salads, plus Consuelo’s breakfast burritos, hot dogs, and more. Cam’s makes it easy to grab what you need between classes or meetings!

Intermissions proudly serves your favorite Starbucks beverages for a quick boost between classes or before a show. Conveniently located on the south end of the LSC, this student-staffed and student-managed coffee shop is sure to become a regular stop!

Located on the west side of Subway, Mama Deluca’s serves made-to-order pizza, pasta, and boneless buffalo wings…ready in about 2 minutes!

The Ramskeller Brewery and Pub is open to all ages and offers a traditional pub menu including scratch-made pizza, mac and cheese, chicken tenders, and more. For patrons 21+, the ‘Skeller offers 20 taps including beer, cider and seltzer selections, plus additional bottled options, including select beers brewed onsite by students in the Fermentation Sciences Program (you can see them in action from the dining area on brew days!).
Established in 1968, the ‘Skeller has served as a popular gathering place for the students, faculty, staff, and visitors alike for decades. And, continues to offer a relaxing pub atmosphere complete with pool tables, TVs, and music. Late-night programs and live music are featured throughout the academic year, too!

Sweet Sinsations is well known on and off-campus for its excellent customer service and delicious, locally sourced bakery items, gourmet teas, and Happy Lucky Tea & Matcha, Allegro Coffee, and more. Student staff also create their own seasonal drinks, making every visit a new adventure!

Located on one of the busiest corners on the south side of campus, the Lake Street Market offers a wide variety of snack foods, beverages, personal care items, groceries, and school supplies. Lake Street Market houses an additional subway restaurant location and sells an assortment of fresh food options, including Consuelo’s breakfast burritos, fresh-made salads, fresh sandwiches, freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, and various grab-and-go food items, and has an ATM inside for your convenience!

Morgan’s Grind is well known on and off-campus for its delicious bakery items, gourmet coffee drinks, and refreshing iced beverages. Morgan’s Grind serves treats from La Creperie in addition to Cafe’ Richesse coffee, a brand owned and operated by CSU alumni that uses technology developed right here at CSU to take each bean from the ground to the grind!
