Lory Student Center (LSC) is a student-centered organization at the heart of campus, providing programs and services that create an inclusive community and inspire active, engaged learning. Nearly 24,000 people enter the building on daily basis. Lory Student Center Marketing oversees all aspects of communications for this campus hub, including marketing support for the CSU Bookstore; Campus Activities; Lory Dining Services; Operations; and Student Leadership, Involvement & Community Engagement (SLiCE). LSC Marketing supports our partners by designing and producing digital signs and way-finding, event and program posters, website graphics and social media content, and by representing the building in-person at tabling events across campus.

Marketing Production Coordinator
The Marketing Production Coordinator assists with integrated communications within LSC Marketing, the marketing department of the Charles A. Lory Student Center at Colorado State. This coordinator provides supervision to student hourly staff members as well as integrated communications including visual communications, marketing, and project management for numerous projects each month. Candidates should have a demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects independently, provide oversight for project management, and work effectively as part of a team. This is a non-benefitted position available for 9 months to a non-student employee. |
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Student employee supervision experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Demonstrated understanding of pre-press and print production.

Student Marketing Team Member
As a Student Marketing Team Member with LSC Marketing, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in real-time marketing by managing digital advertising, specifically geared towards the Student Center’s LCD screens. You’ll promote the department’s tailored advertising services, take online orders from clients, ensure image quality and branding standards are met, deploy multi-media assets, and oversee invoicing and other forms of customer service. You’ll have input on the department’s social media and website strategy, participate in student design campaign critiques, and represent the building at tabling events across campus. Student Marketing Team Members will work alongside career graphic designers, web developers, video production artists, and public relations professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A junior or higher student studying Business, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- Easily grasp complex instructions to use different technology platforms.
- Knowledge of common software packages, especially Adobe Photoshop, Outlook and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of web applications including Word Press.
- Ability to work on Macintosh computers.
- Highly organized and pays close attention to detail and deadlines.
- Commitment to the Principles of Community (inclusion, integrity, respect, service, and social justice).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer service experience.
- Prior knowledge of project management software a plus.
- Able to set and meet individual goals
