Food Court Kiosks
Reach faculty, staff and students in the Lory Student Center food court! 15 spaces are available per week, and reservations run Friday to Friday. Review the specifications tab below for the approval process, printing requirements, and delivery location.

Reservations and Confirmation
- Only registered student organizations, Lory Student Center Partners, and University Departments can reserve space in the Food Court Kiosks.
- Food court kiosk ads are priced to be the most affordable option available in the Lory Student Center. Because of this, there are no discounts available.
- All reservations must be made online and all changes must be made by contacting the LSC Marketing Marketing Creative.
- The reservation system can only accept reservations a minimum of 1 week prior to your desired run date.
- All reservations must include uploaded art at the time of booking.
- Each reservation runs Friday afternoon to the following Thursday afternoon.
- When you reserve an advertisement, the calendar will show a reservation from Friday until Thursday.
- Reservations are guaranteed only AFTER you have received a confirmation email.
- Your reservation duration can be 1 or 2 weeks.
- You must make a new reservation for each new advertisement or new piece of artwork that you would like to display.
- To see that your Food Court Kiosk ads are displayed on the confirmed date, please visit the food court.
Submission and Approval
- All artwork must go through approval for CSU Brand Standards and LSC Signage Standards prior to printing, which will be initiated when you upload artwork to your reservation.
- Ads should ONLY be printed after receiving approval on your artwork from LSC Marketing.
- After receiving approval, print 6, single-sided, 8.5″x11″ ads.
- Each of the 3 kiosks will display at least 1 of your ads, with more placed at LSC Marketing’s discretion if there is extra space.
- Deliver approved and printed ads to the LSC Marketing office (Room 276B in the Lory Student Center) during one of the following delivery windows: Wednesday 9-11 a.m., Thursday 2:30-3:30 p.m. Attach a note with the name of your organization and your reservation dates to help match your artwork with the correct reservation in our system. Please note, the LSC Marketing office follows the University holiday schedule.
- All ads are recycled after removal unless you specify otherwise.
- Advertisements must adhere to the above rules in order to run during confirmed reservation times.
- LSC Marketing reserves the right to remove ads that are unapproved or outdated.

- All other LSC Entities, Registered Student Organizations, and DSA Departments who need artwork should contact Creative Services.
