Every CSUnity Volunteer must submit one a CSUnity Volunteer Waiver to participate in the service program.  The Volunteer Waiver is not an RSVP to participate but is for safety reasons.  This liability waiver aims to reduce risk and adequately inform all volunteers about the nature of the service projects involved in CSUnity.  

• CSU RAMS: must sign in with their CSU eName/NetID and password to access the waiver.  CSU Rams are defined as currently enrolled students, as well as faculty and staff.
• ARE YOU A MINOR? If you are a CSU Ram under the age of 18, you will need to have your parent/guardian complete this MINOR WAIVER instead (and by the same deadline).
• NOT A CSU RAM & JOINING A VOLUNTEER TEAM? If so, you must complete the NON-CSU RAM WAIVER for off-campus volunteers instead.  If you are a non-CSU Ram and a minor, your parent/guardian first needs to contact Katlyn Murphy at katlyn.murphy@colostate.edu for approval to participate.

The Volunteer Waiver is due no later than Monday, April 15.
