Security/Large Event Notification

A special event is an event that is likely to significantly affect campus safety and security, or significantly affect normal University operations, including but not limited to providing usual and customary services to students, faculty and staff, classes and educational activities. The following process will be used for all events in the Grand Ballroom, Never No Summer, University Ballroom, Theatre, and full Plaza: Request for space will be tentatively booked in EMS as “LSC – Pending Review”.
